Sushi Time at Sushi Tei

So last night, me and my bestie went to Pondok Indah Mall and have dinner at Sushi Tei, btw for you don't know Sushi Tei is one of the best sushi restaurant (based on my survey hehehehe). They have their branches at Bali, Bandung, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Medan, Shang Hai, Singapore, Surabaya, and Sydney. Soo I began visiting Sushi Tei since college, well 4 years already. I don't know, but me and my friends can spend hours eating at Sushi Tei maybe because the cozy place, best food, and best view. And Sushi Tei always full with people, and usually we have to wait outside and be in waiting list, but its really okay for us cause all the waiting for Sushi Tei was worth.. :)

to save money, we always choose hot/cold green tea (ocha) because its free and we can get refill anytime we want..

I suggest you guys choose ocha because the price of food is lil bit more than other sushi restaurant so you guys can allocate the budget for food than spending to much on drink..

the place is quite big and its Sushi Tei's identity by using the same ornament and interior design with the light that not so brigh in every branches.

so here's our order last night:

Salmon Maki

Its like I always order this as my appetizer because its the most simple yet delicious too.

its only contain special Suhi Tei's rice with salmon belly slice inside and rolled with nori, the smell, the chewy, yumnmmmmmm

Stamina Roll

Teriyaki chicken with cashew nut sushi roll, and served with fried garlic slice and of course mayonnaise..

well its my first try for this menu, not a big fan of this but some people just crazy for it, we took this from sushi bar so its definitely one of the most frequently ordered sushi.

Salmon Crispy Aburi

Half broiled salmon at the outside with special mayo and tobiko (salmon small eggs), and for the sushi roll filling is crabstick and omelette with the crispy from tempura flour....

weeeewwww the sensation from eating this is undescribeable, I got my eyes closed so I tasted every element in this sushi... freaking deliciousssssss.......

Crunchy Lobster Roll

Its crunchy sushi roll with fresh lobster salad on top...

well its another lil heaven while I'm eating this, because the crunchy texture and the sweet yet sour salad that give unique but really melted in your mouth... aaaaahhh me want it againnnn...

I ask the waiter to get me the extra crunchy too.. its no taste but i love crunchy texture very much so  I ate it even without any sushi....

Chuka Chinmi (the white one) and Chuka Kurage Gunkan (the brown one)

last but not least order, chuka chinmi is like simple sushi that served with rice and scallop on top and rolled using nori, same technique with kurage only the topping is fresh jellyfish.. my friend love chinmi in the other hand I'm a kurage freak...

so  I taste chinmi too, its sweet and with creamy texture, its nicee.. but my favorite is kurage that give you sweet sour taste that comes from chewy jelly fish..

well its not that expensive and we are so damn full with only spend Rp 160.000,00 for all.. its really worth it.. and definitely will go to Sushi Tei again to give you guys info about other menu.. :)
