Pecel Sayur

Today i eat alone by myself, I finding it hard to decide what dinner I should have after long hour class at campus, so when I drive on my way home I pulled over to Rawon Setan Embah Endang Cibubur, this is the only Rawon Setan that served pecel sayur..

Pecel sayur is one of my favourite Indonesian local food, its one pf the culinary heritage of Indonesia based vegetables and use peanut sauce. This food have existed since the Dutch colonial period.

Pecel usually made from vegetable stew of spinach, bean sprouts, green beansbasil, leaves turi, Krai (a type of cucumber) or other vegetables served with sambal doused pecel. The concept is similar to salad dishes. Both use fresh vegetables as a main ingredient (body) and use the dressing.




here's what I ate today, pecel sayur with the other topping and dry sweet tempe.. wohoooo I instantly feeling healthier....
